With more than 20 years leading a group of holdings, Mr.Hachem is always striving to make a difference in the lives of others even if it means taking risks and venturing into new fields. Ambitious, bold and driven, he has founded Monty Group and its subsidiaries and dove into the telecom world over 2 decades ago, building a successful career and transforming the company into an international hub with several branches all over the world.
Randa Naboulsi
Group Chief Financial Officer
An ambitious, result oriented and accomplished Chief Financial Officer, Randa Naboulsi graduated with a BBA from the University of Balamand in Lebanon in 1995 and later completed her studies with an MBA from the Lebanese American University of Beirut in 2008. She has extensive hands-on expertise in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Budgeting & Forecasting, toping it up with strong connections with investors.
Susanne Hannestad

With over 30 years of experience in the fields of Banking, Insurance and Financial companies, Mrs. Hannestad has a proven record of accomplishments of scaling and launching companies in global markets providing a unique edge and knowledge for fintech growth and development. She is currently a board member of both Monty Mobile and MyMonty, part of Monty Group, where she shares her valuable expertise and insights into the development of both companies.
Arvinder Gujral

With an MBA in Business Management, he was the first Twitter employee in India to grow, becoming its Managing Director in SE & Asia and Senior Business Development of APAC. With over 22 years of experience in the field of Technology, Telecom and Advertising, he has come a long way working with several key international players. Gujral, is currently a board member of MyMonty the newest Fintech arm of Monty Group helping expand its digital business and reach.
Sarah Alateeqi

Vice Chairman and Acting CEO of AlMal Investment Company in Kuwait, Mrs. Alateeqi is an expert business leader. Passionate about finance and investments, she has worked both sides of the table as investor and founder, having started her career in investment banking and private equity. With an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth, her experience also includes innovation consulting in both Kuwait and London UK. Mrs. Alateeqi is currently a board member of MyMonty where she will help grow the business further.
Mike Quintanilla

Mr. Quintanilla is the current Chief Innovation Officer of GenuBank in Reno, Nevada USA with a vast knowledge in cryptocurrency and data analytics. With over 15 years of experience in the world of Finance and Fintech, he is an expert Fintech Strategist and Blockchain specialist developing, implementing and supervising the system in many of the companies he has worked with. He has recently joined MyMonty, part of Monty Group as a board member where he will contribute into driving the business further and applying his earned expertise over the years.

With over 20 years of experience in delivering cutting-edge solutions, Gaby Andari has accumulated several accomplishments and provided digital transformation technology solutions that achieve user experience, business and financial goals. As a Transformative Information Technology Executive and an Astute negotiator, he has also saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in technology costs reduction through strategic partnerships and collaboration. He is now leading MyMonty as the Chief Technology and Information Officer, overseeing technology development and information security.
Charles Matta

Over 10 years of experience in the professional services industry, serving companies in different industries such as banks and financial institutions, Charles has worked in multiple international geographies while accumulating in a number of international certifications to his portfolio of achievements. After working at Deloitte and KPMG he took part in the inception of Monty Finance, Fintech arm of Monty Group, and recently designated as the Chief Strategy & Partnerships Officer • Strategy, Corporate Finance & Partnerships. Charles is working on extending Monty Finance's portfolio into innovative fintech services and venturing into digital banking. Scaling businesses, building high-performing teams, structuring the strategies, are at the heart of his work.
